Doritha “Dabby” Palmer, MSW, LCSW Doritha “Dabby” Palmer, MSW, LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker who can provide individual, couples and group counseling including treatment of individuals with co-occurring illness (those with mental health and substance use disorders). Ms. Palmer received her Master’s degree from NYU School of Social Work and has worked in a variety of clinical, supervisory, and administrative positions at The Richmond Fellowship of New Jersey, Carrier Clinic, and Hunterdon Behavioral Health. She is currently on the staff of Princeton House Behavioral Health as a Senior Primary Therapist in the Outpatient Men’s Program. Ms. Palmer has additional training in Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, the treatment of Substance Use Disorders, and in solution focused short term therapy. Ms. Palmer’s uses an integrated strength based approach to her work with clients, supporting them in their journey to increased self actualization and empowerment.
